Where I work
Based in Sacramento and mobile across the metro — roughly a 35-mile radius. Pick your city for local detail on what I see there and how on-site repair works in your neighborhood.

Common questions
If yours is not here, call or text and ask.
What does "mobile mechanic" actually mean?
I bring the tools and the parts to wherever your vehicle is parked — your driveway, your workplace lot, a friend's garage — and do the repair there. You do not drop the vehicle off, you do not arrange a ride, and you do not pay for a tow on something that is not safe to drive.
What areas do you cover?
I work across the Sacramento area, including Sacramento, Elk Grove, Roseville, Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights, Folsom, West Sacramento, Davis and the surrounding communities. If you are just outside that, call and ask — I will tell you honestly whether the drive makes sense for the job you need.
Do you charge a call-out or diagnostic fee?
You get a price before I start any work. Call or text with the symptoms and the vehicle details and I will tell you what it will cost. No surprise fees added at the end.
Can you really do big jobs like lifts and gear installs on site?
Yes. Lift kits, ring and pinion installs, locker installs and differential rebuilds are a regular part of what I do, and they get done with the same process a shop would use — dial indicator, gear pattern check, torque specs. What I need is a flat surface and enough room to work safely around the vehicle.
What do you need from me before you arrive?
Somewhere reasonably level to park, enough room to get the wheels off and work underneath, and the keys. That is it. If you are not sure whether your parking spot works, text me a photo of it.
Do you supply parts, or should I buy them?
Either way works. Plenty of customers already have the parts — especially for builds where you have picked a specific brand — and that is completely fine. If you would rather I source them, tell me your budget and I will make a recommendation.
What kinds of vehicles do you work on?
Most domestic and import cars, trucks and SUVs. The bulk of my specialty work is on Jeeps and Toyota , but general repair and maintenance covers pretty much anything on the road.
How do I pay?
After the work is finished and you have seen what was done. Call or text to ask which payment methods I currently take.
Tell me what is wrong with your vehicle
Call or text and describe the problem. If you can, send a photo — it usually tells me more than a paragraph does. I will get back to you as soon as I can.
