Privacy

Short version: I collect what I need to quote and do your repair, I use it only for that, and I do not sell it to anybody.

What gets collected

If you use the quote form, I receive the name, phone number, optional email, city, vehicle details, description and any photos you choose to attach. If you call or text, I have your phone number and whatever you tell me.

How it is used

Only to reply to you about your vehicle, quote the work, and carry out the repair. Nothing is sold, rented or shared with advertisers.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to a private messaging channel that only I can read. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Photos

Photos you send are used to diagnose and quote your repair. I may use photos of completed work on this site or on social media, but never with your name, your plate, your address or anything identifying, and never a photo of the inside of your vehicle. If you would rather I did not use a photo at all, say so and I will not.

How long it is kept

Enquiry messages and job records are kept as long as they are useful for servicing your vehicle and for ordinary business records. Ask me to delete your details and I will.

Your choices

You can ask what I hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Call or text (559) 652-7660.

Children

This site is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
